Oral presentations should be maximum 7 minutes long. The following points should be taken into consideration when preparing your oral presentation:

• Please make your presentations according to the template (section Templates).
• The recommended software to be used is PowerPoint. Please make sure that your file ends with a ".ppt or .pptx".
• Please follow the file name convention: Date_Presentation_Time_FirstName_Surname.pptx

• Ensure that you are available at least 30 minutes before the session commences on the day of the conference.
