Dana 23.10.2018. godine su profesori Građevinsko-arhitektonskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Nišu Dragan Milićević, Slaviša Trajković i Milan Gocić predstavnici javnog preduzeća Vodovod Leskovac predstavili projekat SWARM i otvorenu laboratoriju koja će biti rekonstruisana korišćenjem sredstava EU putem Erazmus+ projekta SWARM.
