The kick-off meeting, organized by the coordinator institution (University of Nis), was held in Nis on December 20 – 21, 2018.

The aim of the meeting was to address some practical issues, such as project management, financing, reporting and establishing of management structures. Also, the partners met each other for the first time and exchanged their experiences. It was a chance to define first steps in project realization, specify deadlines for preparing deliverables and determine the dates for the next meeting in Vienna.
